HAVING STUDIED MARTIAL ARTS AS A KID, BEING A POLICE OFFICER, NOW RETIRED. I WANTED SOMETHING TO USE AS A NON LETHAL WEAPON. THIS ITEM FIT THE BILL. IT IS NOT AN OBVIOUS WEAPON, YET STILL USABLE FOR PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO USE IT. :-) EVEN MY WIFE DIDN''T KNOW WHAT IT WAS.
